Method Of Making Egg Bhurji :
- First Take Pan Add Some Vegetable Oil and heat it at low flame for 2 minutes.
- Add Finely Chopped Onion to a pan and wait to turn onion golden brown.
- Add Tomato and Green chilly to it and fry it well.
- Then Put Eggs in the pan.
- Add Salt and Red Chilli Powder in it and Fry it Well till the time Eggs get spongy.
