Hello Foodies..!! Today What I Ate is Bread Pizza. A quick, time saving and easy to prepare recipe. Everyone loves Pizzas and have special love for the cheese on pizza. I’m in love with pizzas since childhood and that extra cheese always gets special attention from me. But recently, In a case study I read that the pizza is not really healthy for the health, moreover, it will cost too much to eat outside very frequently. So, I decided to cook pizza and twist it into a healthy dish. It is really delicious and a very nice supper for every age groups. It can be prepared in very less time and gives you the same pleasure as pizza gave. And yes It is Healthy too…
Now we are going to discuss the recipe for Bread pizza or should I say Healthy Bread Pizza…

Ingredients Required For Bread Pizza :
- Vegetable Oil / Olive oil
- Multigrain / Brown Bread
- 5 Boiled Potatoes
- 1 capsicum
- 2 Finely Chopped Onions
- 1 Finely Chopped Cabbage
- 3 Chopped Green Chilly
- 2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- Red Chilly Powder (1 spoon)
- Cheese Slice (One For per slice)
- Black Olives
- Cream of Milk

How to Prepare the Mixture of Bread Pizza?
Boil the Potatoes and put it in a Platter and Mash it up. Then Add Capsicum, Onions, Tomatoes, Salt, Red Chilly Powder, Green chilly powder, Semolina and Cream of Milk in Mashed Potatoes.
Mix it up Well. And your Stuff is Ready.
How to Fill Stuff?
- First Take Slice of Sandwich Bread and Remove all four corners of Bread if you want.
- Then add Stuff on Bread and put Cheese Slice and then Black olives to it.
Method Of Cooking Bread Pizza :
Take a Pan to add some Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil to it and Heat it at low Flame. Once the oil is ready put the Bread pizza on it Carefully. Cook till cheese melt and Bread is toasted.
Your Delicious Bread Pizza is Ready. you can serve it with Tomato Sauce or Chilly Sauce.
Key Points To Remember While Cooking Bread Pizza :
- Don’t Cook It on High Flame.
- Don’t Fill too much Stuffing Otherwise it will not properly cook.
- Don’t Add More than One Capsicum, otherwise, the essence get an increase. it will not affect the taste but yes, it is not worthy.
- Semolina is Compulsory.
- Mash the Potatoes Finely So, It Will Easily Fix on Bread and make the dish Perfect.
